You Know What Brain Fog Feels Like. Now Find Out What’s Behind Yours.
Using continuous glucose monitoring, guided education and support from Dr. Laara Van Bryce, you’ll begin looking for patterns between the way you eat, sleep, move and live — and the way you actually feel.
You know you’re capable of more than the way you’ve been feeling.
Brain fog can make ordinary things feel unexpectedly difficult. But perhaps the most frustrating part isn’t the forgotten word, the afternoon crash or the day when your concentration disappears.
It’s not knowing why.
Is it stress? Sleep? Hormones? Something you ate? Getting older? Or something you haven’t considered at all?
When you don’t know what’s influencing the way you feel, every new solution becomes another guess.
What if you could stop guessing?
You can try to remember what you ate before an afternoon crash. You can wonder whether yesterday’s restless sleep affected today’s concentration. You can eliminate foods, add supplements and change routines.
But when you can actually observe how your body responds throughout the day, the conversation changes.
Instead of asking, “What should I be doing?” you can begin asking a much more useful question:
“What is my own body showing me?”
Your glucose patterns can offer another piece of the puzzle.
Glucose is one of the body’s primary sources of fuel, and the way it rises and falls can be influenced by food, activity, sleep, stress and other everyday factors.
For some people, those patterns may coincide with changes in energy, concentration, cravings or the way they feel throughout the day.
A continuous glucose monitor gives you a window into those patterns. The small wearable sensor tracks glucose throughout the day and sends the information to an app on your phone.
The goal isn’t to obsess over numbers.
The goal is to learn what happens in your body — and what you can learn from it.
Become the investigator of your own body.
Dr. Laara guides you through a simple process of observing, understanding and applying what you discover — so you aren’t left alone with a screen full of numbers.
Observe
Wear your included Lingo continuous glucose monitor and begin collecting real-time information as you move through normal life — eating, sleeping, working, exercising and handling everyday stress.
Connect the Dots
Learn to look for relationships between meals, sleep, stress, movement, glucose patterns and the way you feel. Instead of treating every symptom as random, you begin looking for your patterns.
Build Your Roadmap
Use what you learn to create practical strategies built around your own experience — your triggers, your routines and the choices that appear to support steadier energy and clearer thinking.
“You don’t need another generic list of things you should be doing.”
You need a better understanding of your own body. The Brain Fog Recovery Protocol is designed to help you gather information, recognize patterns and turn what you discover into practical choices you can continue using long after the six weeks are over.
Your Six-Week Experience
This isn’t simply access to an online course. You’ll have the technology, education and support to observe your own patterns and turn six weeks of information into something useful.
Two Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor Sensors
Your two Lingo sensors are included with enrollment and delivered directly to you. The wearable sensors allow you to observe your glucose patterns throughout the day and night through the Lingo app on your phone. No separate sensor purchase is required.
Six Weeks of Guided, Self-Paced Lessons
Dr. Laara walks you through what to observe, what to track and how to begin making sense of what you’re seeing. The lessons are designed to help you move beyond simply collecting data and begin understanding your experience.
Three Group Zoom Sessions
You’ll have opportunities for additional guidance and support as you move through the protocol. If you can’t attend live, each session is recorded and made available inside the program.
Private Community + Ongoing Support
You won’t be left trying to interpret the experience entirely on your own. The program includes a private community where you can ask questions, share what you’re discovering and receive support as you progress.
Your Personal Brain Fog Recovery Roadmap
At the end of the process, you’ll bring together what you’ve learned into a practical roadmap based on your own observations — including the patterns, triggers and routines that matter most to you.
The goal isn’t to monitor forever.
The goal is to understand your body better.
By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have spent time observing your own responses instead of relying only on generalized advice about what you “should” eat or how you “should” live.
Your roadmap helps you carry those discoveries forward.
Give yourself six weeks to learn what your own body has been trying to tell you.
You don’t have to know the answer before you begin. That’s the point.
The Brain Fog Recovery Protocol gives you a structured way to observe your body, explore your patterns and build a clearer picture of what may be influencing the way you feel.

Dr. Laara Van Bryce
Dr. Laara Van Bryce is a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner with over four decades of clinical experience helping people support their health through natural, whole-body approaches.
Throughout her career, Dr. Laara has worked with patients struggling with frustrating symptoms such as brain fog, persistent fatigue, inconsistent energy and cognitive changes that can be difficult to explain.
Her work with continuous glucose monitoring grew from a practical observation: when people can see patterns that were previously invisible, they have better information to work with.
A sensor can provide data. But data alone isn’t the point. Understanding what you’re observing — and how it relates to your everyday life — is where that information becomes useful.
The Brain Fog Recovery Protocol brings that process into a structured six-week experience, giving you tools to observe your own patterns and guidance to help you understand what you’re seeing.

No. Lingo is available without a prescription and is designed for use by otherwise healthy individuals. It is a consumer wellness device, not a medical diagnostic tool.
Glucose patterns can be influenced by food, movement, sleep, stress and other everyday factors. For some people, changes in those patterns may coincide with changes in energy, concentration or how they feel. The CGM gives you a way to observe those patterns in real time as part of the broader six-week learning process.
This program is designed for otherwise healthy individuals and is not intended for people currently managing Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes or any condition requiring medically supervised glucose management. If you have concerns about your health status, please consult your physician before enrolling.
Most students spend 30 to 45 minutes per week watching video lessons. The daily logging habit takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes once established. Group Zoom calls are optional and run approximately 60 minutes each.
All three group Zoom calls are recorded and posted inside the course within 24 to 48 hours. You'll have full access to the recordings for the duration of the program.
Full step-by-step guidance is included in Week 1 of the course, including a link to the official Lingo application video. You'll also have access to the course community where Dr. Van Bryce and fellow students can help troubleshoot issues.
The sensor gives you data. The Brain Fog Recovery Protocol gives you a structured framework for observing that information in the context of your everyday life, guided lessons to help you understand the process, group support, and a personal roadmap built from what you discover. The goal is understanding, not simply collecting numbers.
Because your two Lingo sensors ship directly to you as soon as you enroll, we're not able to offer refunds once your kit is on its way.
