Brain fog is often metabolic, not neurological.
Do you experience:
- afternoon crashes that make it hard to think clearly,
- mental fatigue even when you got enough sleep,
- focus that feels inconsistent or unreliable,
- cravings that seem to come out of nowhere,
- mood swings or a “wired then tired” feeling,
- post-meal sleepiness,
- or the sense that your brain works better some days than others — and you do not know why?
For many people, these symptoms are not random.
They are often signs that the brain is dealing with unstable fuel.
When blood sugar rises too high, drops too fast, or gets pushed around by stress, the result can feel like fog, fatigue, irritability, cravings, and poor concentration.
This program helps you understand those patterns so you can stop guessing and start seeing what your body has been trying to tell you.
There's just one problem...
Achieving stable energy is hard when you do not know what is driving the crashes
Most people have never been taught how to connect their symptoms to their physiology. So they try to solve brain fog, fatigue, and cravings one symptom at a time — without realizing those symptoms are often connected.
You may be:
- eating foods that look healthy but spike your glucose more than expected,
- overlooking the role stress plays in raising blood sugar even without food,
- starting your day in a way that sets you up for unstable energy later,
- relying on caffeine, sugar, or supplements without understanding the root cause,
- or trying to “eat better” without any real-time feedback on what actually works for your body.
Without the right feedback, even smart, motivated people stay stuck in a cycle of confusion.
You keep doing your best — but you are doing it without a map.
Here's the truth:
It doesn't have to be this way
When you can see how your body responds in real time, everything changes.
Instead of wondering why one meal leaves you sharp and another leaves you foggy, you begin to recognize patterns.
Instead of blaming yourself for cravings, crashes, or inconsistency, you start to understand the physiology driving them.
Instead of relying on generic advice, you learn how to make decisions based on your own data.
That is what this program is designed to do.
It gives you a practical, guided way to connect the dots between glucose, stress, food, energy, and brain function so you can build more stable days and a clearer mind.

Here's what you'll learn
Everything you need to achieve your goal
Phase 1 — Setup, Orientation & Early Action
WEEKS 1 & 2
Learn how to read your CGM and recognize the key glucose patterns that affect energy, cravings, mood, and focus.
You’ll discover what a well-tolerated glucose response looks like, how to identify spikes and crashes, and how to interpret your data with confidence instead of overwhelm.
Phase 2 — Understanding Patterns & Experimentation
WEEKS 3 & 4
Week 3 — Understanding Your Patterns With two weeks of personal data in hand, you go deeper. You learn to read your graphs with precision, connect your glucose patterns to your brain fog and energy symptoms, and identify what's working and what still needs attention. This is often where the most significant insights arrive.
Week 4 — Advanced Experimentation Your second sensor goes on. Using three weeks of prior data as your baseline, you design and run your own personal experiments — testing specific dietary changes, movement strategies, sleep improvements, and stress interventions — and measure the results in real time.
Phase 3 — Integration, Protocol & What's Next
WEEKS 5 & 6
Week 5 — Integration & Lifestyle Design You build your Personal Brain Energy Protocol — a written plan based entirely on your own data. Not generic advice. Your specific triggers, your most effective strategies, your daily structure, your reset plan for when things go sideways.
Week 6 — Reflection, Results & What's Next You review your full journey, document your progress, and leave with a clear picture of how your metabolism has changed — and what's now possible. For those who want to go further, this week also introduces the next level of personalized health work.
Each week includes:
Video lessons (approximately 30-45 minutes total per week)
Downloadable PDF resources and tracking tools
Optional live group Zoom sessions in Weeks 2, 4, and 6
Access to the course community for questions and support throughout
Expert guidance while you learn
You do not have to figure this out alone.
As you move through the program, you’ll have access to support that helps you apply what you are learning to your own real-life patterns and questions.
This guidance is designed to help you:
- interpret what you are seeing on your CGM,
- understand what may be driving your symptoms,
- make smarter adjustments without overreacting to every number,
- and stay focused on the patterns that matter most.
This is about building confidence, not confusion.

Why this approach works
Because symptoms make more sense when you can see the pattern behind them.
When people understand what their glucose is doing, they often begin to notice clear connections:
- why one breakfast keeps them steady and another leaves them foggy,
- why stress can spike glucose even without food,
- why sleep changes how they feel the next day,
- and why brain fog is often a signal, not a mystery.
This program helps translate that data into practical action so the information becomes useful in your actual life.
What's Included —
and what Arrives at Your Door
Two Lingo CGM Sensors — Shipped Directly to You
At the center of this program is the Lingo Continuous Glucose Monitor — a small, wearable sensor made by Abbott that tracks your glucose levels continuously throughout the day and night and sends the data in real time to an app on your phone.
When you enroll, two Lingo sensors are included with your program and shipped directly to you before the course begins. You don't need to source them yourself, and no prescription is required.
Each sensor lasts two weeks and attaches discreetly to the back of your upper arm. Most people forget it's there within a day or two.
The first sensor gives you your baseline — a clear picture of how your body is currently responding to food, stress, sleep, and daily habits. The second gives you the chance to experiment with the changes you've begun making and measure the results in real time.
Full setup guidance — including how to apply your sensor and navigate the Lingo app — is included in Week 1 of the course.
Your life after taking this course...
- You understand the blood sugar patterns that affect your energy and mental clarity.
- You know how to build meals that keep you steadier and more focused.
- You can recognize when stress, poor sleep, or meal timing are affecting your glucose.
- You feel less confused by symptoms and more confident in your choices.
- You stop chasing quick fixes and start working with your physiology.
- You have a practical framework for creating more stable energy and a clearer mind.
This is not about perfection.
It is about understanding your body well enough to support it intelligently.
When your brain has more stable fuel, everything feels different: more clarity, more steadiness, more resilience, and more trust in your own system.
Meet your teacher
Dr. Laara Van Bryce
Dr. Laara Van Bryce is a chiropractor and functional medicine practitioner with over four decades of clinical experience helping people restore their health through natural, whole-body approaches.
Throughout her career, Dr. Laara has worked with patients struggling with symptoms that standard medical workups often fail to explain — brain fog, persistent fatigue, inconsistent energy, and cognitive fluctuations that seem to come and go without clear cause.
What she found, again and again, was that these symptoms frequently had a metabolic root. Blood sugar patterns — quietly fluctuating beneath the surface, invisible without the right tools — were driving the very symptoms her patients had been trying to solve for years.
That clinical observation led Dr. Laara to incorporate continuous glucose monitoring into her practice as a practical, non-invasive way to help patients finally see what their body had been trying to tell them. The results were significant enough that she built this structured, guided program to make that same insight available to a wider audience.
Dr. Laara brings to this program not just clinical knowledge, but four decades of learning how to help real people make sustainable changes that actually hold. She will be with you every step of the way.
